No matter the size of your company, technology has the potential of helping you deliver what your customers want effectively and efficiently. Adoption of appropriate technology affects the culture, efficiency and relationships in a business enterprise. John Wanamaker once said, “Half the money I spend on advertising is wasted; the trouble is I don’t know which half.” Today tech-savvy marketers do know which half isn’t working and how to control the wastage – thanks to modern marketing data analytics. On the other hand, it technology poses major risks which include legal, strategic and operational risks.

Employment For All - (How) is It Possible?

The Sustainable Development Goals are the global agenda that the United Nations together with the countries of the world have given each other until 2030. Goal number 8 focusses on Decent Work and Economic Growth for all.
During our Talk & Tour Event, we want to focus on two of the sub targets:
1. By 2030, achieve full and productive employment and decent work for all women and men, including for young people and persons with disabilities, and equal pay for work of equal value
2. By 2020, substantially reduce the proportion of youth not in employment, education or training
Is it possible to achieve employment for all in Kenya? How can we make sure that especially our youth finds employment at the end of their education? You are invited to discuss with us! The International Labour Organization and the United Nations Visitors Service invite you to a talk on the topic “Employment for all – (how) is it possible?” and a subsequent tour through the UN Complex where we explain the history, structure and work of the United Nations.
Please register for the event.
