Kipwani Festival is a
vibrant celebration of Swahili coastal culture, bringing
together the best of food, music, fashion, heritage, and
entertainment in one unforgettable experience. The
festival showcases the rich traditions of the Kenyan
coast while creating a unique cultural connection
between the coast and the city. Guests will enjoy
authentic coastal delicacies including biryani, samosas,
viazi karai, and kebabs, alongside live performances,
cultural dances, acrobatic shows, fashion displays, and
family-friendly activities. Headlining the event is the
renowned artist Sabaha Salum (aka Sabaha Muchacho),
joined by Nyahakira, Malindi Acrobats, and other
exciting performers. Held at the United Kenya Club in
Nairobi on 8th August 2026, Kipwani Festival is more
than an even - —it’s a celebration of unity, heritage,
flavor, and unforgettable memories. |
